Thanks to the folks at icodrops we were notified the last days and we would now like to notify you.
The terms and service of the telegram app has changed, this specifically has do with the privacy policy. The telegram entity has agreed to cooperate with government law-enforcement under the circumstances of terrorism and an official court order.
Telegram will turn over pertinent information such as the IP address and phone number of user accounts requested. The full extent of the cooperation and which countries this law enforcement belong is currently unknown. We know this change will not affect our community, but we wanted to keep you informed!
